Please read the service agreement below In the Details Service Agreement This agreement outlines the responsibilities of In the Details (referred to as “we,” “us,” or “our”) and the client (referred to as “you” or “customer”) in relation to the services you purchase. By utilizing our services, you agree to the following terms without any modifications. Please read this agreement carefully: Operating & Moving Your Vehicle During the detail job and any agreed-upon additional times, you grant In the Details access to your vehicle. Please ensure that the vehicle keys are available to us. By signing this document, you authorize us to operate and move your vehicle as necessary, as determined by our In the Details technician. Quality of Service We strive to ensure your satisfaction with our services. While we cannot guarantee complete restoration of your vehicle to a previous or new condition, we will do our utmost to bring your vehicle to the best possible condition within the constraints of our resources, time, and expertise. At the completion of the job, we will conduct a final inspection together with you. If, after our departure, you find our service unsatisfactory, please contact us within 24 hours, and we will address your concerns. Please note that any concerns raised after 24 hours of job completion or if the final inspection was not conducted with our In the Details technician will not be held liable by In the Details. Accidents, Pre-Existing Condition & Damage In the Details and its technicians cannot be held responsible for any damage to your vehicle while it is in our care. We exercise the utmost care and professionalism in our work. If any damage occurs during the detailing process, we will promptly inform you of the incident. By agreeing to our detailing services, you also agree not to hold In the Details liable for any pre-existing damages to your vehicle. Our liability is limited to the total dollar amount of each job. Fees, Terms of Service & Payment Terms The fee for our services is the agreed-upon dollar amount indicated as the “Total Cost” in the final price. The term of service refers to the time reserved by In the Details to complete the requested job and does not guarantee a specific outcome. Termination of Service In the event that we determine a client is not a suitable fit for our services, In the Details may cancel any new or existing maintenance plans or services.
